Business Head - Medical Devices Application (15-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:.

Portfolio Management & Delivery Excellence:

- Lead and manage a comprehensive portfolio of medical devices, ensuring high standards of delivery across the product lifecycle-from specifications to new product introduction (NPI).

- Establish and implement efficient delivery processes, focusing on regulatory compliance (FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485) and quality assurance.

- Drive operational excellence by coordinating cross-functional teams (HW, SW, Industrial Design, Manufacturing) to support large-scale product launches in global markets.

Application Division Strategy & Growth:

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the application division within medical devices, emphasizing product customization and applications aligned with client needs.

- Expand service offerings by focusing on high-impact applications, IoT integration, connectivity, and analytics for medical devices, ensuring solutions meet market demands and client specifications.

- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to enhance application capabilities, build specialized product lines, and introduce new, innovative solutions.

Sales and Business Development:

- Drive growth by identifying and capturing new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the business for sustained expansion in medical device applications.

- Lead business acquisition efforts, build partnerships, and manage key accounts to support revenue targets and expand client base.

- Regularly engage with customers and stakeholders to refine offerings based on market insights, ensuring the application portfolio meets evolving industry needs.

Team Leadership and Capability Development:

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across multiple locations, driving capability development in regulatory compliance, product design, and applications.

- Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages skill development and supports ongoing growth in medical device applications.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with external stakeholders, industry analysts, and internal teams to position the company as a leader in the medical device applications space.
