About the Role

We are looking for a .NET Developer with React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET development along with React.js and React Native to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies to develop user-friendly, secure, and high-quality healthcare/health insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET) and React.js / React Native.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

✅ Front-End Development

• Develop user-facing interfaces and UI screens using React.js and React Native.
• Implement Redux, Flux, or other state management libraries for efficient application workflows.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

✅ Back-End Development

• Work with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#) to build secure, high-performance APIs.
• Develop RESTful services and integrate with front-end components using MVC design patterns.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, PHI, and PII.

✅ Performance & Security Optimization

• Follow secure coding practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms like JWT, OAuth, IAM.
• Perform benchmarking and optimize applications for high performance.

✅ Testing & Deployment

• Write and execute unit tests using frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or Cypress.
• Work with Git, Bitbucket, or Mercurial for version control.
• Familiarity with Docker, Maven, and Jenkins for deployment automation is a plus.

Must-Have Skills

🔹 Front-End: React.js, React Native, Redux, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, jQuery, Webpack
🔹 Back-End: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, RESTful APIs, MVC Design Patterns
🔹 Database: SQL Server, MongoDB (optional)
🔹 Security & Compliance: JWT, OAuth, IAM, HIPAA, PHI, PII compliance
🔹 Testing: Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress
🔹 Tools: Git, Bitbucket, Docker, Jenkins, Maven (Optional)

Good-to-Have Skills

🔸 UI/UX: Experience defining UI guidelines and implementing user experience best practices.
