Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or higher in any relevant field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles and market/media researchs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Demonstrate problem-solving with Complete Excel and PPT Knowledge
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience in media monitoring, PR, or related fields is a plus

Experience:

• Min. 5 years

• Selecting research methods appropriate to pre-defined client criteria.

• Sesigning and using qualitative and quantitative research tools such as questionnaires, focus groups, etc.

• Reading press releases and broadcast coverage and assessing whether stories are favourable or detrimental to clients.

• Analysing campaign performance and research results using a variety of numerical and IT tools.

• Summarizing and finalizing data at the end of projects.

• Entering data into client databases.

• Supporting and advising coding and client account staff.

• Making presentations.

• Writing reports.

• Attending information sessions.

• Networking with media owners.

• Ensuring set deadlines are met.
