Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing our products and services effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

Set up meetings with potential clients and actively listen to their wishes and concerns.
Respond to potential clients inquiries about home improvement projects or goals, providing relevant information and solutions.
Discover and pursue new sales prospects through various channels, including email and phone.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services.
Negotiate and close deals, addressing any complaints or objections professionally.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential customers confidently.
Proficiency in using email, phone, and other communication tools to reach out to clients.
Strong negotiation skills to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
