10. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on identifying small issues and ensuring thorough coverage of all test scenarios.
11. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze requirements and design effective test cases to ensure comprehensive testing.
12. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members, developers, and stakeholders, including writing detailed bug reports.
13. Problem-Solving and Pressure handling: Capability to troubleshoot issues, determine their root causes, and suggest possible solutions. Ability to handle pressure and deliver on time.
