Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.

About the role

We re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team at TMS in Gurugram, India, on a 12-month fixed-term contract! This critical role is all about ensuring the integrity of our LockIT/Mtivity 2 systems, maintaining compliance, and delivering accurate, meaningful data to our clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Some daily responsibilities will include-

• Checking and validating Purchase Orders (POs) to make sure they re 100% accurate.
• Pulling together weekly and monthly compliance reports.
• Keeping things organised with housekeeping and ad-hoc reports.
• Working with our teams to update LockIT/Mtivity 2 and other systems as needed
• Ensuring everything we do stays compliant and up to standard.

About you

You re detail-oriented, organised, and good at following processes to keep things on track. You have a natural ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy, especially when working with data. Communicating and building relationships come naturally to you, and you re comfortable working with different teams. You re proactive, quick to learn new systems, and focused on delivering reliable results.
