Inside CoinDCX s Governance, Risk & Compliance Team Our Governance, Risk & Compliance team ensures that CoinDCX operates within a robust framework of governance and risk management. We safeguard the company s operations by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. If you re detail-oriented and passionate about governance, join us in protecting the integrity and reputation of CoinDCX. You will be mining through these tasks Regulatory Compliance Oversight: * Stay abreast of key regulatory requirements applicable to the organization. * Conduct monthly/quarterly checks to ensure compliance across all functions. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any compliance gaps and implement necessary corrective actions. KYC Compliance: * Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of digital KYC requirements. * Assess the current status of KYC processes and identify areas for improvement. * Propose and implement new rules and ideas to enhance the organizations KYC strength. Fraud Prevention: * Proactively identify potential fraud risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. * Collaborate with fraud analysts to monitor and investigate suspicious activities. * Implement proactive measures to prevent fraud and protect the organization and its customers. Stakeholder Management: * Engage with internal stakeholders, including product teams, to ensure alignment on compliance and KYC initiatives. * Work closely with regulators and external partners to address compliance-related inquiries and requirements. Decision Making: * Make informed decisions regarding customer account blocking based on compliance violations. * Conduct market studies to evaluate and deploy new compliance tools and technologies You need to be a HODLer of these * Excellent communication skills * Graduate and previous experience of at least 5- 7 years in Transaction & Trade Surveillances in Banking, Financial Services would be very beneficial * Ability to multitask and prioritise work * Ability to work on Shift basis * Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Are you the one?
