Team Lead

Job Summary:

T-Jobs is looking for Student Admission counselor to join its dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The Student Admission Counselor is responsible for recruiting prospective students and guiding them through the admission and enrollment processes. The counselor provides comprehensive information on educational training programs, application requirements. She serves as the primary contact for applicants, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Outreach:

• Actively engage in outreach activities, including college visits, college fairs, virtual events, and community programs to promote the institutions programs and offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, community organizations, and prospective students to drive enrollment.
• Conduct presentations and workshops for prospective students and parents.

2. Admission Support:

• Guide students through the admission process, including initial inquiry, application submission, document collection, and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate and timely information about programs, admissions requirements, and employment opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating applicant profiles and make recommendations based on the admission criteria.
• Train associate tele-counselors on call pitching for student admission process.

3. Counseling & Advising:

• Offer personalized guidance to students and families regarding course selection, career paths, and employment opportunities.
• Address concerns or questions from students and parents to ensure a positive pre-enrollment experience.

4. Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and interactions using CRM systems.
• Track and analyze recruitment and admission data to support strategic enrollment planning.
• Generate reports on inquiry and application trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in college admissions, counseling, or student services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of educational systems, enrollment trends, and student recruitment strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with student admission processes.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience using digital tools for virtual recruitment.
