Senior Executive - Enrollment

The Enrollment Team plays a critical role in managing provider enrollment, ensuring compliance with payer requirements, and streamlining the process to minimize delays in reimbursements. As a member of the Enrollment Team, you will work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of enrollment applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provider Enrollment & Credentialing:
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment process for healthcare providers with insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers).
• Prepare and submit accurate and complete enrollment applications and documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all payer-specific requirements and regulations.
• Monitor and track the status of applications, follow up with payers, and resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of payer-specific requirements and stay updated on any changes in regulations.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve the enrollment process for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Recommend and implement best practices and process enhancements in collaboration with the Enrollment Team Lead.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or related healthcare administration roles, preferably in an RCM environment.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payer enrollment processes and requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in credentialing/enrollment software and systems.
