Job Description
A registered nurse with a solidfoundation in clinical nursing practice and a strong understanding of evidence-basednursing care and best practices in patient management
Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in SNCU/NICU, labor room
Prior hands-on experience in KMC, lactation management, and newborn care is highly desirable
The ability to assess, plan,implement, and evaluate patient care effectively
The candidate should bedetail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment
Research Aptitude:
Candidate with a genuine interest inresearch and a desire to contribute to advancing healthcare knowledge
Experience in research, eitherthrough academic coursework, participation in research projects, or previousemployment in a research setting, is preferred
The candidate should be eager tolearn and will undergo training in research methods and protocols
Able to conduct quantitative datacollection, screening, consenting , and enrollment procedures
