Role & responsibilities

1)As per plan given Mold loading & Unloading

2)Responsible for 5s & Kaizen keeping, daily production report update on hourly basis

3)Responsible for Batch wise material loading as well as material mixing.

4)Keeping the record of machine wise daily production part weight

5)Responsible for Semi Finish material transfer to Stores

6)Keeping the record of Single minute exchange of Die(SMED),check sheet & mold verification checklist.

7)Responsible for Semi Finish Material counting & labelling

8)Responsible for keep the record of ShiftWise rejection & lumps weight on daily basis.
