Role and Responsibilities

1. Design and Concept Development

• Collaborate with the team to understand the project goals, target audience, and branding guidelines.
• Generate innovative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for product packaging, print, and digital media as needed.
• Produce multiple design options and refine based on feedback, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.

2. Creative Execution and Production

• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visual elements for various channels, including print and packaging, social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital use, ensuring files meet technical requirements and brand standards.
  
  

3. Brand Consistency and Development

• Ensure brand consistency in all graphic elements across all project deliverables.
• Work on enhancing the visual identity of the brand, aligning it with the evolving project or product needs.
• Develop style guides, templates, and asset libraries that streamline design processes and maintain brand coherence.

4. Project and Timeline Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adapt to project changes and handle revisions quickly while maintaining the design integrity.

5. Research and Trend Awareness

• Conduct research on design trends, competitor branding, and visual best practices to create relevant and engaging content.
• Present new ideas and improvements to the design approach to enhance the brand

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should have good knowledge of Corel Draw & Photoshop

2. Experience of Packaging Designing is an added advantage.

3. Good knowledge of writing and speaking of English & Hindi.

4. They should be self-driven and able to complete tasks timely.
