Job Description :
E-Workplace Clients is responsible for third-line support for the various businesses within Colruyt Group through Incident and problem Management, provisioning, and management of all end-user client devices (Mobile infrastructure and endpoints).
Additionally, it addresses on-demand or project-specific requirements as necessary. Colruyt Group employees rely on various mobile devices across Belgium, France, India, and Hong Kong locations.
The E-Workplace Clients team in the Infrastructure & Operations department manages these devices. As a System Engineer mobile, you'll collaborate with experienced colleagues to build, manage, and optimize mobile devices, ensuring high performance, stability, and cost-efficiency.
You'll work closely with the IT department in India, field service engineers, the service desk, and system engineers from other domains.

Technical Skills :
VMware Workspace One UEM (AirWatch), Android devices, Workspace One, Airwatch, SOTI, MDM, ServiceNow Nice to have Intune, Scripting Knowledge (Powershell/Python), Samsung Devices TC27, PDA's, PDT's, ServiceNow Requirements A System Engineer with experience in Mobile Infrastructure (Android) in maintaining and configuring the end-user devices, working towards troubleshooting mobile infrastructure & mobile application-related issues.
Support in the project rollouts to deploy and manage the mobile apps using different management tools such as Workspace 1, MDM , Airwatch Additionally, experience and understanding of scripting is a plus.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support & maintain all Mobile Infrastructure devices.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of mobile devices and applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect mobile devices and data.
- Manage, install, and maintain assigned Android mobile devices, making optimization proposals and reporting findings to the infrastructure manager.
- Troubleshooting mobile infrastructure issues related to Mobile applications, Operating Systems, and Hardware.
- Experience in Client, network (DNS/DHCP), and mobile device troubleshooting Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, planning, and deploying applications in a phased manner and proactive recommendations whenever needed in our environment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to mobile device management.
- Support in building and engineering Mobile device infrastructure and solutions.
- You will be on weekly support during business hours (Ombuds as per Colruyt terminology) on as per the team roaster throughout the year.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and application development, to ensure cohesive and effective mobile device management.
Incident, Problem & Change Management :
- Troubleshoot various hardware/software /application-related incidents, perform root cause analysis & provide permanent solutions and record your actions in the tools.
- Create solutions and publish them to the Internal Knowledge base.
- Create/execute changes relevant for the mobile application deployments.
