Position: Property Manager - Soft Service (On rolls of Colliers)

Nature of Client: Commercial

Job Location: Bangalore - Electronic city

Experience: Having 8 Plus years Exp in Facilities / Property Management in IT / Commercial Sector

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Role:

Strong Soft Services knowledge on day to day operation

Prepare and manage 52 week Soft service aspect PPM calendar and ensure no deviations
Should have hands on experience of independent building operations
Should be able to manage Soft services manpower deployment and complete daily
routine activities
Should know the documents handling and organize to access easily
Should handle stakeholders audits and ensure no deviations
Should be able to deliver HSE requirements as per License available
Should be able to compliance monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annual report to legal bodies
Daily walk around and snag points to be provided to team and close as per category
Track audit observations and close the points on regular basis
Budgeting on quarterly and annual basis, track the same for utilization
Plan services, repairs, replacements as per requirements and avoid zero breakdowns
Vendor management should be on track and schedule to activities
Know and understand building requirements and project management for budget
Should aware, practice and execute work permits on ground and maintain no deviations
Implement good practices and best practices with available sources
Should have strong knowledge on the Landscaping / garden maintenance
Should be able to manage the Pest Control Services
Should have strong knowledge on Inventory management

Desired Role:

• Candidate should have experience managing Property Management in IT / Commercial Sector.
• Strong Communication skills are required with local language Kannada
• Should be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
