Senior Mentor - UPSC

- Provide personalized mentorship to assigned UPSC aspirants through regular one-on-one sessions.
- Design and deliver customized study plans based on individual strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
- Motivate and encourage aspirants to stay focused and overcome challenges.
- Offer comprehensive guidance on UPSC syllabus, exam patterns, and question-solving techniques.
- Review and analyze test scores and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert tips and strategies for effective time management and stress management.
- Share insights from personal UPSC journey, including interview experiences and preparation methods.
- Actively engage with aspirants through online forums and group discussions.
- Stay updated on the latest UPSC trends and syllabus changes.
- Contribute to the development of Prepp IAS mentorship programs and resources.

Must have appeared for at least one UPSC Civil Service Examination (CSE) interview.
