Position: collection Officer

Location: Nandurbar

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure reduction of delinquent portfolio in the assigned buckets.
2. Ensure reduction of NPAs
3. Ensure adherence of in-house collections practices effectively
4. Ensure collections actions continued all cases irrespective of any legal case is being initiated
5. Handle number of calls & follow-up on customers promise to pay
6. Set plan to meet targets and the delinquency rates
7. Identify un-contactable/skip customers and redirect these to collections head for an alternative strategy
8. Regular visit to customers and updates the DCR to manager
9. Ensure Receipt Book maintenance is manageable as per business guidelines.

Ensure proper coordination with internal teams/ stakeholder in order to achieve assigned collection targets
