Job Description:

Ram Fincorp, a leading financial institution specializing in NBFC and Fintech services, is seeking a skilled and experienced candidate for the various positions of Collection Agent/Sr. Collection Agent/Collection Manager/ Collection Head to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our collection operations while providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

FOR Collection Agents

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication with customers.
• Negotiate repayment terms and assist customers in resolving payment issues.
• Escalate accounts as necessary based on company policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards for collections.
• Report daily collections progress to the supervisor.

FOR Executive:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts.
• Lead calls and emails to clients to collect outstanding payments.
• Perform payment reminders, follow-ups, and negotiate payment plans.
• Prepare collection reports, providing insights into overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline the collection process.
• Escalate complex issues to the Collection Manager when necessary.

FOR Manager:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the collection department.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and reduce delinquencies.
• Train and mentor the collection team to meet company objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor collection performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
• Handle escalated customer issues and find amicable solutions.
• Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.

FOR Head:

• Lead and oversee the entire collections department, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Set and monitor departmental goals and performance metrics.
• Design and implement collection strategies that align with company goals and financial objectives.
• Work closely with senior management to develop collection policies and procedures.
• Manage escalations and high-value collections cases.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing collections and debt recovery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in finance, business management, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 year to 10+ years of experience in collections,
• For Senior positions, at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of improving collection strategies and performance.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a large team across various levels.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
• Knowledge of the digital personal loan market and the financial services industry is a plus.
