Collections Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage loan recoveries through field collections, NPA management, and debt recovery processes.
  
• Conduct regular visits to customers' premises to collect overdue payments.
  
• Identify and resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest calculations, and other financial transactions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders involved in the collection process.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving loan recovery rates.
