Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Support Representative at FRND, you will be the first point of contact for
our users, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of
experience to kickstart their career in customer support.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or
in-app messaging.
2. Assist users with account-related issues, app functionality, and troubleshooting.
3. Resolve user concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate
team when necessary.
4. Maintain accurate records of user interactions and transactions in the CRM
system.
5. Provide clear and concise information about FRND's features, policies, and
updates.
6. Identify and report recurring user issues to improve the overall experience.
7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time,
and user satisfaction scores.
8. Stay updated on FRND's products, services, and policies to provide accurate
support.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and deliver
exceptional service.


Qualifications:
1. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or a
related field.
2. Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools (training will be
provided).
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
7. Patience, empathy, and a user-first mindset.
8. Willingness to work in shifts.



Preferred Skills:
1. Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
2. Basic understanding of social networking platforms or gaming apps.
3. Multilingual abilities (additional South Indian languages) are an advantage.
