Inside CoinDCX s Engineering Team Our Engineering team is the driving force behind CoinDCX s innovative products and platforms. We tackle complex challenges to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that power the future of digital finance. You need to be a HODLer of these 8+years of experience in software designing and development. Highly analytical, innovative, and able to think strategically to develop comprehensive detailed specifications. Deep experience writing high-quality code in Golang Ability to write well-tested, thoughtful, and concise code and improve code quality standards within the organization. Operational proficiency, including optimizing, deploying, and tuning servers (e.g., using EKS and Docker). Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases like Postgresql, MySql, Mongo or Cassandra and Messaging queues like Kafka/SQS or RabbitMq. Proficient in making architectural and design choices, possessing extensive knowledge of tech stacks and the ability to identify alternative tech options and trade-offs. Experience and/or willingness to work in high-functioning agile teams in a growth-oriented environment. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and suggest robust iterative solutions. Good to have previous exposure to Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum), TDD, and CI/CD is advantageous. You will be mining through these tasks Actively participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure high-quality software development within the team. Take ownership of Scaling, Performance, and Quality aspects of the teams deliverables. Establish and champion best practices to optimize team efficiency, focusing on scalability, performance, and code quality. Drive the adoption of coding, design, quality, and performance best practices throughout the team. Experiment with emerging technologies and tools, leading their adoption and measuring impact on team performance. Implement and execute the long-term technology vision for the team, aligning it with business requirements. Assume responsibility for the architecture of the product, ensuring alignment with project requirements and team objectives. Play an active role in technology forums, representing the company in external discussions. Develop robust architectures and designs for innovative solutions addressing both existing and new problem spaces. Guide technology and tool choices for the team, taking accountability for their implementation and success. Coach/mentor and incubate junior engineers to grow them into technical leaders. Foster a culture of open and intentional communication and collaboration between engineering teams.
