Job Description
Proven experience in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design for web applications and websites.
- Proficient in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, usability best practices, and design patterns.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography and layout.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Create detailed wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to define the structure, layout, and flow of web applications and websites.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to refine and improve the wireframes and prototypes.
- UI Design with Figma:
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces (UI) for web applications and websites using Figma.
- Adhere to established design systems, brand guidelines, and best practices for consistency and usability.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for developers.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- User Experience (UX) Principles:
- Apply user-centered design principles and methodologies to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior data, and incorporate findings into the design process.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and to ensure design alignment and effective implementation.
- Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to team members.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
Skills & Abilities:
- Technical: Design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch), basic front-end development (prototyping
tools. - Design: Wire framing, mock-ups, user research, and interaction design.
- Soft: Communication, attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, empathy.
- Additional (optional): Motion design, responsive design, accessibility, design systems, user
analytics
