MAKING COLD CALLS TO PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS FOR GLOBAL CERTIFICATION RELATED TO IT.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Identify and research potential clients within target industries.
Generate leads through proactive cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT certification services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and presentations.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close deals.
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
