.Net Lead - ASP/C# (8-11 yrs)

Job Description.

Exp: 8+ years.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex .Net applications

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills

- Conduct code reviews and ensure that all code meets our coding standards

- Stay up-to-date on the latest .Net technologies and best practices

- Work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software

- May participate in system design discussions and propose technical solutions

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in software development

- Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams

- In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Web Services, Remoting, TCP Sockets, Windows Services, and SQL

- Experience with Angular (Optional) Basic knowledge of AWS (Optional)

- Experience developing complex enterprise applications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Passion for building high-quality software

Bonus Points :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS

- Experience with DevOps practices

- Experience with Agile methodologies
