ERPNext Developer - Frappe Framework (5-6 yrs)

Education : B. Tech/MCA/Diploma in Computers/B. Sc (Electronics/IT)

Skills :

1. Deep knowledge of FRAPPE Framework, Python, & MongoDB/MySQL/Couch/Level

2. Experience in ERPNext developments/customizations

3. Functional knowledge of React/Node js

4. Proficient in Excel & JavaScript

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities :

1. Support development, implementation and third party integrations with ERPNext

2. Coordinate with business team and development team

3. Translate business needs to technical specifications

4. Create detailed technical documentation for new and existing process changes

5. Collaborate with teams to integrate systems

6. Studying current ERP transactions and process flow to guide respective department on optimizing data use and data entry for reporting purpose

7. Knowledge of creating management systems

8. Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)

9. Crafting and executing queries upon request for data

10. Ensure solutions are delivered timely and in accordance with internal procedures

You will be a good fit if you have :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field OR equivalent
experience; ERPNext API and Python Certifications highly desired

2. 5+ years of experience working with ERPNext with at least 5+ years in an ERPNext Developer role in a hypergrowth Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory enterprise software company

3. Proven experience with all ERPNext customizations and tools, including APIs, third party integration etc

4. Ownership mentality and demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, independently drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail and sense of accountability for meeting deadlines and commitments
