As a Senior Data Engineer in the Managed Services team, well give you the opportunity to grow and develop your capabilities as well as supporting you through Microsoft certifications.

Youll be working on:.

Day to day monitoring & management of Data & Analytics solutions.

Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problems.

Developing and deploying enhancements to supported solutions.

Developing and configuring tools to automate tasks.

Dealing directly with end-users and customers.

We'll invest heavily in your on-going development through access to formal training, in-house development sessions, mentoring, and external gatherings such as User Groups, and of course SQL Bits.

We cover the cost of study for Microsoft certification exams to make sure you reach your full potential, and you will have personal development time allocated each week to ensure you have time to learn..

Required Experience.

Experience supporting Azure based Data & Analytics ETL/integration solutions (Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, Fabric, Function Apps, Power BI etc) against SLAs.

Python, SQL.

Able to identify and investigate complex problems and implement resolutions..

Direct contact with customers/end-users on the phone and by email.

IT Service Desk experience.

Desired Experience.

Development of enhancements to data pipelines/notebooks & Power BI reports/models.

PySpark, Scala, Spark SQL, .Net (C#), SSAS & SSIS.

Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNETs, certificates etc).

Microsoft certifications (DP-203, DP-600 etc).
