Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications to meet our evolving CRM requirements.

As a Salesforce Developer at Codleo, you will play a key role in customizing solutions, developing workflows, and troubleshooting software issues to ensure a smooth and efficient CRM experience.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure the application meets business needs and is fully optimized for performance.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to understand and determine CRM requirements.

- Develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

- Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce applications with an emphasis on high performance and usability.

- Define project timelines and development goals, and ensure projects are completed on time.

- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the functionality, stability, and security of the application.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system errors to ensure smooth operations.

- Document code, create user manuals, and provide technical training for other Salesforce staff.

- Maintain the security and integrity of the Salesforce application and data.

- Stay current with Salesforce updates and innovations to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in Salesforce application development, with a focus on customizing Salesforce solutions for client needs.

Technical Skills :

- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.

- Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning, and Native development.

- Strong experience with MySQL and other relational databases.

- Experience in Salesforce Data Migration and Integration techniques.

- Ability to manage complex project requirements and develop solutions to meet business objectives.

Communication :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving :

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex software and application issues.

Project Management :

- Ability to define project goals, timelines, and track progress to meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining the integrity of the software.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator).

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework.

- Previous experience in implementing Salesforce solutions in industries such as healthcare, education, finance, etc.
