Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 7-10 years of experience in the B2B software sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- A lot of these campaigns will be quick in and out A/B testing campaigns to understand the effectiveness of propositions, etc.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) to assess effectiveness and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, industry and service line marketers to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for various digital marketing initiatives while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Website Administration: Maintain a WordPress website, publish new content, help create specific Landing Pages for marketing campaigns, etc.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, within the B2B IT services industry.
- Experience in Healthcare, BFSI, and Shipping & Logistics will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (e., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You Should Have:
- Experience with marketing and campaign automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e., Salesforce) for lead management and tracking.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus (to make those la minute minor edits!).
