Job Description
- Manage end to end Intune Software deployment as a service including release, distribution and the installation of packaged software
- Intune / SCCM software deployment for Wks and Servers
- Service release and deployment policy and planning
- Deals with release package design, build and configuration
- Deals with release package testing and acceptance including business sign off
- Deals with service roll out planning including method of deployment
- Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams
- Deals with communication, preparation and training
- Develop an application patch, and update deployment strategy
- Conducts requirement analysis, license acquisition
- Achieve service efficiency through automation
- Ensures adherence of established policies and procedures
- Provides management reports on release progress
Skill Requirement
- Demonstrable experience with software configuration management and release engineering concepts & practices
- In-depth knowledge in Intune, SCCM 2012, Company Portal/Software Center
- Knowledge in Windows 11, Windows 10 and Server 2012/2016 and 2022 Operating Systems
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP
- Software Packaging automation tools, Basic VB and Power shell Scripting skills
- Prior experience in Service Management and KPIs
- Excellent verbal, written Communication & presentation skills
