- Agile Methodology : Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to ensure timely delivery of features.

- Documentation : Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3-5 years in business analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector focusing on claims.

- Domain Knowledge : Understanding of healthcare processes and claims management.

- Agile Experience : Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze complex business processes.
