MSBI Administrator (5-8 yrs)

Role : MSBI Admin

Experience : 5 - 8 years

Location : Hybrid (Work from Office/Home)

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) stack, including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.

- Experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting MSBI infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization, especially in SQL Server environments.

- Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and report generation.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI administration and performance tuning.

Good to Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Azure Data Services and cloud-based BI solutions.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation.

- Understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.

- Prior experience working in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities :

MSBI Administration :

- Install, configure, and maintain MSBI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).

- Ensure the smooth operation of MSBI servers and troubleshoot any issues.

Performance Management :

- Monitor system performance and resolve bottlenecks in data processing.

- Optimize database queries and ETL workflows.

Collaboration :

- Work with cross-functional teams, including WMG/Business stakeholders, to validate inputs and requirements.

- Coordinate with developers and analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide technical support for MSBI solutions and address client concerns.

- Implement upgrades and patches for MSBI tools and SQL Server.

Documentation :

- Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and processes.
