Junior Technical Writer

As a Junior Technical Writer at CodeQuotient, you will play a critical role in creating clear, user-friendly documentation for our software products. In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain user guides, help content, newsletters, and instructional materials to simplify user interaction with products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product features and translate them into effective UI text, including tooltips, error messages, and on-screen instructions.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all user-facing content.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve documentation.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the UI/UX writing style guide to ensure high-quality and consistent content.
