Full Stack Lead - AngularJS/NestJS (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Architect and design scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

- Ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability

- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards and provide constructive feedback to team members

- Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team meets delivery timelines

- Identify and resolve technical challenges, guiding the team in implementing best practices for both front-end and back-end development

- Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability, addressing any bottlenecks or technical issues

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, driving innovation within the team and the broader organization

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions

- Lead the implementation of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, to streamline development workflows
