Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Fabric Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, a unified analytics platform, and hands-on experience with its data integration, real-time analytics, and reporting capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end analytics solutions that leverage Microsoft Fabric for enterprise-grade scalability and performance. Role & responsibilities

Design and Implementation:

• Develop and implement end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric components such as Data Factory, Data Lake, Power BI, and Synapse Real-Time Analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solution
• Data Integration and Transformation:
  
• Design robust data pipelines for ingestion and transformation using Data Factory.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into Microsoft Fabric for unified processing.
• Real-Time and Big Data Analytics:
  
• Implement real-time analytics solutions using Synapse Real-Time Analytics.
• Leverage Data Lake and Lakehouse architecture for big data processing and analysis.
• Reporting and Visualization:
  
• Design and develop visually compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Optimize reporting performance and ensure data accuracy.Governance and Security:
  
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and data governance practices.
• Implement Microsoft Purview for metadata management and data cataloging.Performance Optimization:
  
• Optimize data pipelines, queries, and system performance to meet SLAs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform components for high availability and reliability.Collaboration and Training:
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Provide training and best practices guidance on leveraging Microsoft Fabric effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise:
   
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and its components: Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Data Lakehouse, and Real-Time Analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of Lakehouse Architecture, Delta Tables, and Medallion Architecture.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms:
  
• Deep understanding of Azure Cloud Services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Data Governance:
  
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for data cataloging and governance.
• Knowledge of security frameworks like RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Analytics and Visualization:
  
• Strong experience with Power BI for creating complex dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• Problem-Solving and Communication:
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
