Roles & Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers) to implement new features and functionalities.

- Debug and optimize applications for performance and efficiency.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

- Lead the development of complex, high-traffic web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow their technical and professional skills.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements and technical specifications.

- Ensure the application is optimized for maximum performance and scalability.

- Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills :

- For Junior Role (2-4 years experience):

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and Express.js.

- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

- Experience in working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Experience in designing and architecting scalable applications.

- Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like Redux.
