Skill Required:

• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks Software.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Document preparation.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Preparation & verification of Casting, Finishing, and Assembly Drawings.
• To co-ordinate with the design head for new product development.
• Responsible for Product verification through trial tests.
• Responsible for the preparation of the Bill of Material, MI & TI.
• Responsible for Drawing & Document Control through work instruction,
• Responsible for drawing revision based on the drawing change request in consultation with the design head.
• Responsible for Re-engineering for existing products to improve their performance and reduce the cost of the product.
• Responsible for Designing Jigs, Fixtures to improve the quality and quantity of the product.
• Responsible for Issue of drawings and recording control & recollect the old drawings from the concerned department from time to time.
• Responsible for Maintaining the revision records and co-ordinate with MR for implementing ISO systems.
• Responsible for timely Completion of all new development-related work.
