The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development and configuration, with a specific focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions
As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement HRSD applications and modules within our organization. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HRSD. Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Self-Service. Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript. Experience with ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services. Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
