Job Description

Skills:

Auto cad, excel, power point, diploma, HW, autocad,. Job Objective. On-Site inspection of parking location and provide site related report plan to engineering team.

Co-ordination with engineering team,purchase, marketing,sales, vendors and customers to ensure successful project installation & commissioning in parking area.

Support the marketing/sales team in providing an initial parking areas site report after consulting with engineering team.

Capability to execute projects at multiple client locations and Adaptability to flexible working hours according to project demand.

Primary Responsibility. Executing site activities according to plan and update the status on progress (able to manage more than one site at a time).

Responsible for reading site plans and attending project meetings.

Responsible for first level point of contact for HW team and vendors, for any technical issues.

Technical awareness of reading parking site maps and visualizing site maps in AutoCad. Handling of different commodities related to site inspection&installation.

Technical awareness for good interaction with different stakeholders. Working closely with Project Manager to meet contractual obligations.

Co-ordinations with vendors on project Execution, material delivery planning and ensuring on time delivery.

Ensuring Fit and finish of the execution as per the agreement. Creation of necessary documentation (Checklist, SOW, Material delivery Checklist, BoQ and handing Over document). Key Result Areas. Ensuring on-Time inspection, Commissioning. Ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.

Technical on-spot support for marketing/sales team. Internal Interface. External Interface. All the legal entities in India. OE customers of Bosch. RBEI service team, GB-BVs, BUs. External service consultants. Suppliers. Desired Qualifications. Diploma/Engineer. Auto-Cad. MS Excel (Intermediate Level). MS Power Point (basic). Desired Experience. 2 to 3 years. Functional Skills Required. Core competences. Working with AutoCad (Any other additional 3D Software would be beneficial). Communication. Multi Linguist (English, Kannada,Tamil, Telugu, Hindi). Experience in site inspection,erection,commissioning and installation. Preferable to have experience in Parking equipment installation and operation.

Knowledge about Parking infrastructure components (sensors, CCTV cameras , RFID, Boom Barriers). Show more Show less
