Role & responsibilities

JDE for Team Leand

• Managing the site as per contractual agreement
• Experience of 5+ with 3 - 5 years of managerial experience.
• Able to hance team of more than 25 members including Team management .
• Team Lead will be responsible for preparation and delivery of all monthly/weekly reports as well as all invoicing relating to services being delivered.
• Overall responsibility of delivery of SOW's and SLA's
• Shift Rostering , Leave management
• Technical suppot to engineers if required.
• Support to VIP and exceutive clients.
• Maintain project level communication with all key stake holders
• Manage the overall effectiveness of service delivery
• Asset Management through too, IMAC, PAV, Recon etc
• Service Improvement plan based on monthly trend analysis and drive execution of the same
• Demonstrate the improvements with measurable quality parameters
• Conduct regular scheduled project status meetings.
• Incident management, change management and problem management
