We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive in Accounts to join our finance team. The Senior Executive will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex financial tasks. Responsibilities : Financial Transactions : Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. Financial Reporting : Generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present financial reports to management and provide explanations for variances. Audit and Compliance : Collaborate with internal and external auditors during the audit process. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Reconciliation : Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Taxation : Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial and accounting procedures. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure accurate financial information flow. Provide training and support to junior team members.
