The Senior Executive - HR plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the organization's human resources functions. They are responsible for various HR tasks and initiatives to ensure the company's workforce is motivated, engaged, and compliant with company policies and relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition : Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Participate in the selection and onboarding of new employees. Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues. Administer employee engagement and recognition programs. HR Administration : Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews. Manage employee benefits programs and handle benefit-related inquiries. Compliance and Policies : Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Conduct employee training on HR-related topics, including diversity, inclusion, and harassment prevention. Performance Management : Support the performance appraisal process. Assist in identifying employee development needs and implementing training programs. Work on initiatives to improve employee performance and productivity. Data and Reporting : Generate HR reports and metrics related to key HR performance indicators. Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Contribute to HR budget planning and management. HR Projects : Collaborate on various HR projects, such as restructuring, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.
