Job Description

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are compelling and reach the right audience.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
