We are hiring Kong Developer, Bangalore

Skill set: Kong API, Middleware, Websphere, Tomcat Server

Work Location : Bangalore

Experience : 7 years - 9years

Key responsibilities of a Kong Developer:

• Kong configuration:Design, create, and manage Kong entities like services, routes, plugins, and consumer configurations to define API behavior.
• Custom plugin development:Write custom Lua scripts to extend Kong functionality with specific requirements.
• API integration:Integrate Kong with existing backend systems and APIs, handling request routing and data transformation.
• Traffic management:Implement load balancing, caching, rate limiting, and other traffic management features within Kong.
• API security:Secure APIs by implementing authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting:Monitor Kong performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems with API traffic.
• DevOps integration:Automate Kong configuration management within CI/CD pipelines.
• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation using the Kong Developer Portal.
