Senior QA Manual Tester

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing and a strong command of communication skills, grammar, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and validate features.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and stand-up meetings.
• Ensure proper documentation of test results and provide clear feedback for continuous improvement.
• Continuously refine testing strategies to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing with a solid understanding of QA methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in writing test cases, test scripts, and bug reports.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on grammar and documentation clarity.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Experience in API testing and automation (added advantage).
