Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both front-end and back-end development, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in client and people handling. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality projects on time while collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using a range of front-end and back-end technologies.

- Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among members.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as necessary.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces.

- Maintain code integrity and organization.

- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills :

- Front-End Technologies : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue.js.

- Back-End Technologies : Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or Java.

- Databases : Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Client Handling : Ability to manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

- People Handling : Experience leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and coordinating with different departments.

- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Demonstrated experience in client handling and team management.

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
