About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. As a Salesforce professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various Salesforce solutions to support our business needs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of delivering successful projects, and be well-versed in the latest Salesforce releases and features. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Creating processes and structures is crucial for the role.
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration between different systems.
• Build strong relationships and provide all the required solutions to the clients.
• Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce professional.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated logical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Salesforce credentials are a plus.
