PLC Maintenance Engineer, Pune, MH

Location: Pune

Experience: BE or Diploma (Electrical)

Experience with 5-9 Years in Assembly Maintenance + PLC programming/modification

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in handling maintenance of automobile manufacturing plant Preferably Assembly Shop in shifts independently.

• AB / Siemens PLC troubleshooting, Maintenance & PLC program modification

• IR, Desouter DC tool troubleshooting, Maintenance & program modification.

• Assembly shop equipment electrical & electronics maintenance Overhead , EMS, Slat, Skids, Skillet conveyors maintenance

• Familiar with SAP, ISO, IATF, TPM, 5S, Safety, PPCR, PFMEA, MFMEA, and problem solving tools. • Knowledge of Drive, sensors, software, VFD, PLC, LVDT, Testing, scanner, printer, light curtain, Calibration, validation etc
