CLOUDEQ INC is looking for ITSM Analyst I to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Develop and implement IT service management policies, processes, and procedures.Monitor and manage the performance of IT services against agreed-upon service levels.Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with ITSM standards, policies, and procedures.Continuously improve IT service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Define and maintain service catalogs, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational level agreements (OLAs).Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of IT services.Identify and manage risks associated with IT service delivery processes.Provide training and support to end-users on IT service management processes and tools.Strong understanding of IT service management principles, ITIL framework, and service management tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
