Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Salesforce CPQ solutions. The Salesforce CPQ Architect will work closely with sales, operations, and IT teams to ensure our CPQ solutions meet business requirements, streamline sales processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture:
• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and design documents.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices.
• Implementation and Customization:
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules and third-party applications.
• Develop custom workflows, processes, and scripts as needed.
• Project Management:
• Lead CPQ implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with sales, operations, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce CPQ features and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Implement and manage change control processes for CPQ solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Skills:
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality and architecture.
• Strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (preferred).
