Job Description
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting M365 Suite (Outlook/One Drive/SharePoint/Teams). (Earlier termed as O365)
- Well-versed with M365 issue troubleshooting and provide solutions.
- Email Migrations On-Prem, IMAP, 3rd party tools, and Cutover migrations.
- Provide L2 and L3 support to clients
- Provide guidance to the current team on L1 issues
- Knowledge of below M365 security will be an added advantage
- Intune
- Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)
- Data Loss Protection (DLP)
- Advanced Threat Protection
- Azure Active directory federation
- Microsoft Azure
- DNS management
- Maintain a knowledge base and update as per the requirement
- Involve in technical discussions with internal and clients
- Conduct internal and external client technical training as per requirements
- Creating service/Issue relevant documents, SOP s
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Relentless client-focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work autonomously and with other members of the technical and operations teams.
- Zeal to learn new cloud technologies pertaining to Azure cloud
- Provide technical consultation and knowledge transfer with Technical Support
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical thinking
- Patience
- Understanding of cloud technologies on O365 and Azure and how they work
- Ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to build a cohesive team and to manage people effectively, includes the ability to coach and develop the team.
- A thorough understanding and the ability to set the long-term direction of the team.
- An ability to balance and plan the short-term actions of the team.
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for support management.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.
- A complete understanding of the organization s business.
- The ability to manage time effectively while setting the tone of the team through modelling and leadership.
