Test (TCOE) Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead End-to-End (E2E) Testing for telecom projects. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in Telecom Domain.
• Experience in BSS/OSS systems, Networking Protocols, and Telecom Architectures.
• Hands-on experience leading teams of 20+ members across multiple engagements.
• Expertise in Test Strategy, Automation, and KPI Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage TCOE (Testing Center of Excellence) for assigned projects.
• Lead E2E test execution across BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, and Network components.
• Create and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Automation Frameworks.
• Drive Test Automation Initiatives using tools like Selenium, UFT, Tosca, AccelQ.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for Sprint Planning, Risk Mitigation, and Test Execution.
• Define KPIs, Success Metrics, and Test Reports.
• Manage team performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders.

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience managing 20+ member teams.
• Strong knowledge of Telecom Testing (BSS/OSS).
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation Tools (Selenium, UFT, Tosca, AccelQ).
• Experience with ALM Tools (Jira, Microfocus, Test Rail).
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, TDD, BDD methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to define KPIs, Success Metrics, and optimize test processes.

Good to Have

• Certifications like ISTQB or TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID).
• Knowledge of Open-Source Tools and Frameworks.
